Welcome to Camp Tecumseh YMCA.

Our goal here at camp is to be the friendliest most welcoming place possible whether you will be joining us for a weekend retreat or a week of summer camp.

I know first-hand how a camp Tecumseh experience can change lives. My first experience with Camp Tecumseh as a summer camp counselor in 1976 was so extraordinary I decided to make camping my life's' work. More than thirty years later I am honored to be the CEO of this magnificent organization.

We believe that camp should be much more than just fun. At Camp Tecumseh campers can learn new skills, grow in confidence and responsibility and make new friends. Some of these friendships last a lifetime. Tecumseh campers can also explore their faith through our daily chapels and evening devotions. Our days are guided by the camp motto, "I am third", where God is first, the other person is second and I am Third.
