This beautiful, historic building is the central hub of River Village. Its strategic location on the high bank above the Tippecanoe River gives it a spectacular setting as the River Village dining hall. Its river view deck is a popular spot with campers who love to look up and down the river or to just hangout with friends. They can even use the special observation telescope to zoom-in on water birds, turtles, canoeists, even the occasional eagle or osprey perched across from the lodge!
River Lodge also has a nice fellowship room for casual conversations or indoor games. It houses the camp offices also. Beautiful Indian stone carvings are on display in the dining rooms for all to enjoy.
