
Fall, Winter, and Spring
Each weekend during the
fall through the spring Camp Tecumseh serves a variety of guests
through our Retreats and Group Experiences Department.
YMCA Parent/Child
programs, church retreats/youth groups, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Cub
Scouts and
others. Our staff provide recreational experiences during their
stay.

Must
be 16 years of age or older. |

Ability
to relate with children and adults. |

Enjoy
working outdoors. |

Enthusiasm
and initiative. |

Must
be physically able to:
a. lift and carry 25 lbs.
b. speak and understand English |
 |
Experience
working with youth. |

Arrive
at the scheduled work time dressed appropriately. |
 |
Work
the average of at least 2 weekends per month. |
 |
Proper
opening and closing of program areas. |
 |
Provide
superb customer service. |
 |
Reporting
on a weekly basis of damaged program equipment (i.e. damaged
sleds, arrows, rifles, etc.) to the director on duty. |
 |
Direct
all inquiries concerning Tecumseh programs to proper staff. |
 |
Attend
mandatory paid training dates. |
 |
Display
sound judgment and a professional attitude. |
