Fall, Winter, and Spring

Each weekend during the fall through the spring Camp Tecumseh serves a variety of guests through our Retreats and Group Experiences Department.

YMCA Parent/Child programs, church retreats/youth groups, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and others. Our staff provide recreational experiences during their stay.

	Archery (outdoor and indoor ranges)
	Riflery (.22 rifles)
	Climbing Tower (outdoor and indoor walls)
	Black Hole (enclosed sled run)
	Canoeing and paddleboating on the lake
	Horseback Trail rides through our Pine Forest

	Must be 16 years of age or older.
	Ability to relate with children and adults.
	Enjoy working outdoors.
	Enthusiasm and initiative.
	Must be physically able to: a. lift and carry 25 lbs. b. speak and understand English
	Experience working with youth.

	Arrive at the scheduled work time dressed appropriately.
	Work the average of at least 2 weekends per month.
	Proper opening and closing of program areas.
	Provide superb customer service.
	Reporting on a weekly basis of damaged program equipment (i.e. damaged sleds, arrows, rifles, etc.) to the director on duty.
	Direct all inquiries concerning Tecumseh programs to proper staff.
	Attend mandatory paid training dates.
	Display sound judgment and a professional attitude.
