If you are ready to book a stay for your group, please call us at 765-564-2898 and ask to speak with Kyle, Joel or Adam.
We will check availability for the dates that you are interested in, and if we do have space, we would be happy to book your stay over the phone. You can also start your group booking process by completing this web form.
In order to book the stay we will need the following from you:
- Group Name
- Contact Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address (optional)
- Dates for your visit
- Length of the visit—including number of night and meals
- Expected number of guests (children and adults)

After we get this information we will create a contract and mail it to you. Once you have received the contract, make sure you review it and, if everything looks correct, return it with a signature and a check for the deposit (typically $250). The deposit is applied to your total balance unless you decide to have us carry the deposit for a future visit.
At the time of your booking, we can also help you with any other questions you might have on meeting rooms or special accommodations.
