| Each weekend during the
fall through the spring Camp Tecumseh serves a variety of guests
through our Retreats Department. |
| YMCA Parent/Child
programs, church retreats/youth groups, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Cub
Scouts and
others. Our staff provide recreational experiences during their
stay. |

- Archery (outdoor and indoor ranges)
- Riflery
(.22 rifles)
- ClimbingTower (outdoor and indoor walls)
- Black
Hole (enclosed sled run)
- Canoeing and paddleboating on the lake
- Horseback Trail rides through our Pine Forest

 |
- Must
be 16 years of age or older
- Ability
to relate with children and adults
- Enjoy
working outdoors
- Enthusiasm
and initiative
- Must
be physically able to lift and carry 25 lbs
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Experience
working with youth

- Arrive
at the scheduled work time dressed appropriately
- Work
the average of at least 2 weekends per month
- Proper
opening and closing of program areas
- Provide
superb customer service
- Reporting
on a weekly basis of damaged program equipment (i.e. damaged
sleds, arrows, rifles, etc.) to the director on duty.
- Direct
all inquiries concerning Tecumseh programs to proper staff
- Attend
mandatory paid training dates
- Display
sound judgment and a professional attitude
