The Leadership Center is the conference and retreat center on the Camp Tecumseh YMCA Outdoor Center property. Framed by scenic Indiana woodlands, the Leadership Center overlooks private Marsh Lake, providing a comfortable and well laid out setting for such events as meetings, retreats, conferences, and family reunions. With sleeping accommodations featuring internal spring mattresses, adult oriented menu selections, and the convenience of eating, meeting, and sleeping in the same building, the Leadership Center provides the premier accommodations on the camp property.

Your success is our goal. Our experienced staff will work with you to plan and implement activities designed to help your group grow. We can help you with relationship building, team performance, leadership performance, unity, and connection. We can accomplish this by challenging your group to bring all of its resources to bear in overcoming a series of increasingly harder initiative problems. Depending on your group and its goals, we might use our low or high ropes challenge courses. We also have a wide variety of transportable activities for those situations where it is impossible or inefficient to bring your organization out here. We custom design our programs to meet the desired outcome and needs of our clients, while taking into account their physical limitations and time allotment.
