Our experienced staff is able to work with you to plan and implement activities designed to help your group grow in terms of relationship building, team performance, leadership performance, unity, and connection. We can accomplish this through the use of the low and high ropes challenge course that is set up on the grounds surrounding the Leadership Center. We also provide or a wide variety of transportable activities which can be set up and implemented either on or off site for those groups who are not able to bring their group here. In both situations, we custom design our programs to meet the desired outcome needs of our clients while taking into account their physical and time allotment limitations.

Programming involves activities designed to encourage effective teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Depending on preferences of the group, a combination of initiatives ("games with a purpose"), low ropes and high ropes are used.
