Group Name
Contact Name
Address
Phone Number
Email Address (optional)
Dates for your visit
Length of the visit—including number of night and meals
Expected number of guests (children and adults)

At the time of your booking, we can also help you with any other questions you might have on meeting rooms or special accommodations.

2. Confirm your visit date

We will check availability for the dates that you are interested in and confirm whether we have space. Once you have finalized a date, we will create a contract and mail it to you.

3. Return your contract and deposit

Review the contract thoroughly. If everything looks correct, return it with a signature and a check for the deposit (typically $250). The deposit is applied to your total balance unless you decide to have us carry the deposit for a future visit.
