Projects
The Perfect Starter Projects
Dive right in with two projects perfect for new sewers.
Zipper Pouch
A useful accessory for everything form spare change to makeup, the zipper pouch is a staple. It’s also the perfect place to start learning to sew.
Tote Bag
From the grocery store, to the bookstore, to the beach, the classic tote is a take-everywhere bag that never goes out of style.
Pick your fabric
Your registration covers the cost of fabric for your projects. Featuring a wide selection from one of the hippest shops in Indiana, The Scarlet Thread Quilt Company, you can choose your project materials to fit your personality. Staff will be available to provide assistance with fabric selection and coordination if needed.

The Leadership Center
A building designed for community
The Young Quilters Workshop is held in the Tecumseh Leadership Center. With spaces specifically designed to foster relationships and encourage community, you’ll meet new people while reconnecting with old friends.
Sleeping Facilities
Every quilter is assigned a bunk in one of eight rooms. Each room features ten bunks with a comfortable spring mattress. Please bring a pillow, bed linens, blankets, or a sleeping bag. Mattresses are twin extra-long. Indoor restrooms are located at the end of each wing, and feature toilets, sinks, and showers with dressing areas for privacy.
Meals & Perks
Your registration includes dinner on Friday night, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Snacks, soda, water, coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate are available 24 hours a day.
